MSDASQL 64 BIT DRIVER

I don't know why it didn't work, most probably some registry key is messed up and does not read the dll file. This worked perfectly for me. Oh the fun of having to connect to a dbase program in and wanting to do it from within a 64bit program. I am marking the question fixed. I am using Windows 7 x64bit Ultimate.
